A last of it kind....

White's Ferry is the very last working ferry on the Potomac River.
It has been in continuous service since 1786 and is located on Route 15 North
just outside of Leesburg, Virginia.
It runs daily between Virginia and Maryland from 5am to 11pm....all aboard.
Sure is a nice quite and no hassle way to get between the two states....

This library is a serious research center for horse and field sports with rotating exhibits.
